The Early Modern Seminar is run from the Department of Literature, History of Ideas and Religion, but its activities are financed by, in addition to that department, the Department of Historical Studies, the Department of Swedish, the Department of Cultural Sciences and the Department of Languages and Literatures.

The planning of activities is carried out by an interdisciplinary and faculty-wide working group.

The working group is made up of the following people:
